Having properly created legal documents will allow you to control how your estate will be handled.  No serious attempt to create generational wealth can omit them.  In addition to a will or a trust, a complete suite of legal documents also includes the various Powers of Attorney, Health Care Directives, etc. Trust & Will is an on-line resource that can assist clients in creating their documents at a significant discount to most attorney fees.  (The current cost for a Trust-based estate plan is $599.  Working through the Ocean Advisors relationship will provide additional savings.)
